  • How do I track my order?
    We've actually made this super simple! Once your order as been shipped, you will be receiving a confirmation shipping tracking number. All you need to do is to log in on the Canada Post website and enter your tracking number to see where your order is located.
  • Can I add a discount code after my order is complete?
    Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be adjusted. We do not offer price adjustments for products purchased before or after promotions. All discounted items do not qualify for additional discounts.
  • How long does it take for my order to ship?
    All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days and can take up to 7 business days during new releases, sales and restocks, This is not including holidays, weekends and shipping times.
  • Do you offer wholesale?

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Please keep in mind that your order cannot be changed or cancelled after it is placed, and high order volume can increase response times.
  • Something is missing from my order. My order was incorrect!
