INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping rates vary based on package weight, shipping address and shipping method. Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing and 7 -20 business days for delivery (depending on shipping method).Your international shipping options will appear on the Shipping Method page of checkout, based on your location. Customs & import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and order value. The customer is responsible for all customs and / or import fees.

Pink Crocodile Beauty is not responsible for any lost or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

BACK ORDERS
In the event that a product goes back ordered, Pink Crocodile Beauty will let the customer know through email within 1-2 business day of the purchase date.
To avoid delaying your entire order, we might suggest a different product to substitute for the back order item. The back order item will be shipped as soon as they
become available.
Backordered items may take up to 4 weeks.

OUT OF STOCK
If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to let you know. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other
factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.

RETURN POLICY

We are confident that you’ll fall in love with PINK CROCODILE BEAUTY
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, get in touch with us! We will gladly accept returns for items purchased from us and issue you a full refund (excluding shipping) on all unused, unopened merchandise (including all original packaging).
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, which is non-refundable. Items must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund.

If your order is returned after 14 days or your item(s) look used and opened, you will only be eligible for store credit.
We will not issue refunds on jars that have been emptied or refilled with a different product. No funny business please.

For damaged items, send us details about the damage along with a photo and order number within SEVEN (7) DAYS of receipt. You'll also have the opportunity to tell us if you want to return the item for a refund or receive a replacement item. Please note that lashes are handmade and may vary slightly. A minor variation does not constitute as a defective lash.
If the customer entered the wrong address at the time of order, Pink Crocodile Beauty is not responsible for a replacement.

All returned cosmetics will be destroyed and NOT resold.
